Open day in nigerian schools

Open day is a day set aside by school authorities of schools ( Principal / headmasters , Teachers ) in order for parents or guardian to come around to their wards school to make enquiry about their wards performance in school and their child's attitude . Open day is also to make parents or guardian get familiar with the school
The essence of open day is to bring about a good relationship between the teachers and the parents .
